Biography

Rita is a seasoned banker with over 10 years' experience across various sectors in corporate and institutional finance, having held senior relationship management roles at I&M Bank (Rwanda) Plc and Bank of Kigali Plc where she built a track record in corporate portfolio management, innovative financing solutions, debt structuring, and stakeholder relationship management.

She is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing tailored capital raising and financial advisory mandates for public and private sector clients and works closely with various stakeholders to strengthen Matha Capital's presence in the region.

Rita holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Business Management from Bangalore University.
